Aïda Pelegrí, director of organization and strategy of the ADTEL Group, will participate in the round table of the conference “STEAM amb nom de dona: Molinenques that inspire futures”, organized by the Molins de Rei City Council. In this round table, 16 women scientists and technologists who live or work in the municipality debate the presence and role of women in the technology and science sector, in addition to sharing experiences and professional experiences in relation to innovation, technology and leadership.

About Aïda Pelegrí
Aïda Pelegrí is a Telecommunications Engineer graduated from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) with an MBA Master in Business Management and Organization, Postgraduate in Leadership and Management Skills and Postgraduate in Big Data also from the UPC. She has been directing ICT projects and services for more than 14 years and is highly specialized in team coordination and process optimization. She is currently the director of Organization and Strategic Planning at ADTEL Group and the director of the operations center of the Emergency and Security Radiocommunications Network of Catalonia (RESCAT) for the Center for Telecommunications and Information Technologies (CTTI). She is also a teacher at the UPC School in the Management and Leadership modules.
