The Dept. d’Ensenyament y Applus certify companies which are using the mixed system of vocational training FP Dual. Students who are studying for a FP degree can work in organizations and study at the same time. At ADTEL we promote this mixed system of job training. From La Generalitat, the Project of Qualitat and Millora Contínua #FP department have recommend our company for students to begin their first steps in the work sphere.
This initiative, promoted by the Generalitat and supported by the organizations, tries to boos the catalan educational centers in the research for educational excellence through the optimization of management systems. For the organizations, betting on mixed training implies an optimization of students’ work development and added value by welcoming qualified personnel adapted to the needs of the company. For the student, it is an opportunity to develop his knowledge and skills in a real job.
